What delivery methods are available?
You can choose your preferred delivery method between Collissimo and Mondial Relay.
When will my package be shipped?
Because we know you are eagerly waiting for your order, your order is prepared the same day and shipped the next morning at 8:00 AM. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday morning. Of course, your payment must be validated.
What are the delivery times?
Once the postal service takes charge of your package, it usually takes around 48 hours. (Times are indicative, except in case of strikes or abnormal weather conditions).
How can I track my package?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link and a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package either from our homepage or directly on www.colissimo.fr.
Are your products in stock?
All items on the TOUTACOO website are in stock, prepared, and shipped by us.
Where do your products come from?
Our goal is to offer you the widest selection of scarves in terms of both price and quality. Our products come from all over the world: from long-established French manufacturers with decades of expertise, to designers worldwide (India, South America, Europe, etc.), as well as imported products or fair-trade items.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. You buy safely on TOUTACOO. Your bank details are transmitted encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and transferred in a fully secure environment to our bank, Crédit Agricole. Your banking information is never held by TOUTACOO. You can also use PayPal, a recognized and secure payment method.
How do I make a return?
You have a 7-day withdrawal period from receipt to return your order. From your customer account, use the return form to contact us.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
Case 1: Our error in the order
If the received item is not the one ordered, you can return it and we will exchange it. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon proof of postage.
Case 2: The ordered item does not suit you
If the item does not suit you, you can return it. Return costs are your responsibility.

What are the return procedures?
The package must be returned via Colissimo or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Keep the receipt provided by La Poste. TOUTACOO is not responsible for loss or damage during transport. The returned item must be new and unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of your order to identify you.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Within a maximum of 30 days, the item is refunded to your payment method, excluding shipping and return costs (unless TOUTACOO made an error).
Warning
Returns that are late or non-compliant will be refused. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted for any reason. Worn, damaged, or soiled items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
