How to make a return?
You have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to return your order (Post office date prevails).

If you return your product within 14 days (Post office date) = refund.

If you return your product between the 15th and 30th day (Post office date) = You will receive a store credit (minus shipping costs) valid for 3 months.

Who covers the cost of my return?
Case 1: Our order error
If the item received is not the item ordered, you may return it and we will exchange it. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon proof.

Case 2: The item does not suit you
If the item ordered does not suit you, you may return it. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Return conditions
The returned item must be new and unworn. Worn, damaged, dirty, or odorous items (e.g., cooking, smoke, etc.) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
Scarves that have been untwisted are not accepted.
The item must be returned in its original pouch and accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation for identification.

Refund period
The item will be refunded by bank check, credit card, or PayPal within a maximum of 30 days from the date the withdrawal right was exercised.

Warning:
Returns outside the deadline or not in compliance will be refused. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted for any reason. Worn, damaged, or dirty items by the customer are not accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

Advice:
We recommend sending your item(s) via Colissimo or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. TOUTACOO is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return of your package.
